In late 1970s Euurope, Corrugated Plastic started to get acknowledged as the reusable option for paper Corrugated Plastic boxes. Originally these sheets were manufactured and imported from Europe until it’s production began here in India. Available in a variety of thickness, it is also made with polypropylene. It is made in such a way that two flat sheets with a bubble or honeycomb pattern comes in the middle. This design gives it the special feature of durability on both sides and extremely flat on the sides. The plastic sheet with honeycomb or bubble pattern may be higher on the price end as compared to the other two options but it has performance advantages in some situations. Laminated Sheets Laminated sheets are similar to corrugated fiber in its manufacture as both are manufactured with polyethylene. The Laminated sheets have a thickness of about 4mm. It is mostly made in a way that it has two flat sheets on either side and wave-like sheet in the middle. These are called laminated sheets because instead of gluing them together, they are heated and brought together and then melted to form one single piece.
